We have been using Omega's services for around a year now. We were previously using a large IT Outsourcing Company to handle our IT requirements. However this company kept overcharging us for things they could not fix. This caused severe business impact for us. The engineers they sent to us seemed to not know what they were doing. This changed significantly when we started using Omega. We have not had an issue to date with Omega till date and we are hoping to continue with their services. They have been nothing short of excellent when it comes to knowing exactly what our Corporate IT department requirements are and applying it here in our Singapore office. They reconnected all our devices whenever we carried renovations in our office.Even though I do not have a technical background, we started using Omega only after our Corporate IT department in the US interviewed him.
